wenjun: 부하직원들이 당신에게 알려주지 않는 진실 전 소장님 & 팀장님께. 어제 부산에서 올라오신 부모님과 애들 데리고 파주 출판단지를 가서 점심 먹고 놀다가, 중고책 파는 가게에 들어가서 어영부영하다가 눈에 확들어오는 책이 있어 4천원 주고 샀는데, 집에 오자마자 다 읽어 버렸습니다. *^^* 반성이 많이 되고, 단위조직의 리더라면 꼭 일독을 권하고 싶은 책입니다. 여러권 사서 본부장님과 소장들한테도 보내드리도록 하겠습니다. 책 제목은 “부하직원들이 당신에게 알려주지 않는 진실“입니다. 슬프지만 현실입니다. 인정할 것은 인정해야 할 것 같습니다. ㅠ.ㅠ 당신의 착각 : 직원이 상사에게 가장 듣고 싶은 말은 칭찬과 격려다. 직원의 생각 : 상사에게 가장 듣고...

My experience with pine cones
